Book Designs and Illustrations by ASO Saburo

The painter ASO Saburo (1913-2000) also worked on book designs and illustrations, particularly for the quarterly magazine "Chomen". The entire 59 issues and the drawings for the cover designs in our collection will be on display, besides approx. 50 original pictures of book designs and illustrations. Revealed here is the rich world of Aso extending in small books.
