TSUJI Shindo (1910-1981) held a unique position in the postwar world of Japanese sculpture by presenting innovative sculptural works composed of materials such as ceramic. While tracing his creative achievements, this exhibition also examines the influence his works had on contemporary Japanese sculpture and contemporary ceramics.
