On the full scale model of Sakakura Junzo's "War Assembling Architecture"(1941 model)

For the exhibition "Junzo Sakakura, Architect", associate professor Yoshiyuki Yamana (Tokyo University of Science), his students, and professor Akira Suzuki (Kobe Design University) has made a full scale model of "War assembling architecture", which is co-sponsored by Hasemoku Kinenkan. Sakakura has designed it under influence of Jean Prouvé's assemling architecture during the war.

On 26 and 27 May, we had an assembling workshop with students of TUS and on 5 July a disassembling workshop. During the exhibition period we are planning some assembling and disassembling workshop. Details will be forthcoming shortly.
