Hatakeyama Naoya is awarded the 2011 Art Encouragement Prize

Photographer Hatakeyama Naoya, who did a solo-exhibition "Hatakeyama Naoya: Draftsman's Pencil" at KAMAKURA in 2007, received the 2011 Art Encouragement Prize. The prizes are awarded annually to leading artists in 11 fields covering the fine arts, music, theater, dance, literature, broadcasting, media art, critic and so on from Agency for Cultural Affairs.
