We have updated our measures on March 13, 2023. Please be sure to read the following hearth and safety measures before visiting the museum.
It also applies restautant, café, shop, parking, and library.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
 
Health and Safety Measures
 

  • Any individuals who meet either of following criteria are obliged to refrain from entering the museum:
  •   * Those who have fever and/or cold symptoms.
      * Those who had a close contacts with a person who has COVID-19 during the last 5 days.
      * Those who have visited countries or regions where Japanese government announces entry restrictions and asks self-isolation after immigration, and/or those who had a close contact with a person who residents there during the last 14 days.

  • Visitors and all staff are obliged to maintain a distance of 1~2 meters from other people.
  • While personal mask use is based on individual choice, the museum may enforce certain regulations for visitors and employees on its premises, for reasons such as the prevention of infection.
  • Plexiglas partitions protect all ticket and information counters.
  • Please wash and sterilize your hands often. A hand sanitizer is placed at the entrance.
  • Please minimize conversation and practice good etiquette when coughing/sneezing.
  • When crowded, admission may be limited.
  • Spots accessed by the visitors are regularly sterilized and cleaned.
  • The galleries are appropriately ventilated.
