The museum is nestled in the characteristic topography of the area, often reffered to as Yato (valley’s gate). The garden’s contemporary sculptures provide a beautiful contrast to the deep greenery and the historical surroundings. The garden, café, and museum shop are open to visitors without an exhibition ticket.
