Presented are works by Chimei Hamada, Kikuji Yamashita, Jikken Kobo (Experimental Workshop), Gyoji Nomiyama, and so on, looking back from our present viewpoint at the trends of the artists in the 1950s endeavoring to produce a new art. At the Gallery 1, collection with focus on prints by Kiyoshi Hasegawa, Yozo Hamaguchi, and others. The special feature corner introduces Kaoru Ueda (b.1928).
