Wakae Kanji(1944- ) expresses the folly and violence that thrives today through thought-provoking objects and symbolic placement of photographs. This exhibition entitled “Under the Light of Time” is conceived specially for the the museum in Kamakura and is constituted of three parts, “Times Lost”, “Emerging Time” and “Immobile Time”. Wakae expresses his views of the contemporary world and the human condition through 16 of his works.
