Focuses on tracing back the establishment of Japanese modern vision towards nature, the evolution of the landscape painting and the modern vision of nature would be examined with about two hundred pieces of works from the late 19th century to early 20th century in the exhibition. Among them are masterpieces of Takahashi Yuichi, Asai Chu, Kuroda Seiki, Kishida Ryusei, Hishida Shunso, Hayami Gyoshu, Yasui Sotaro, and Suda Kunitaro.
