The Museum of Modern Art, Kamakura & Hayama, which had been temporarily closed from March 4 to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, reopened on Tuesday, June 9 2020 as following ;

Closed: Café and shop
 
The Museum of Modern Art, Hayama is closed for renovarions.
Open: Sculpture garden
Closed: Galleries, Library, Shop, Restaurant, and Parking lot
 * The restrooms are unavailable.
 
Health and Safety Measures

Any individuals who meet either of following criteria are obliged to refrain from visiting museum:
    * You are residing outside of Kanagawa Prefecture
    * You have cold symptoms, and/or are in poor physical condition
    * You and/or persons living together with you have traveled abroad in the last 14 days

Visitors and all staff are obliged to wear a hygiene mask and to maintain a distance of 1~2 meters from other people.

Plexiglas partitions protect all ticket and information counters.

Please wash and sterilize your hands often. A hand sanitizer is placed at the entrance.

Please minimize conversation and practice good etiquette when coughing/sneezing.

When crowded, admission may be limited.

Spots accessed by the visitors are regularly sterilized and cleaned.

The galleries are appropiately ventilated.
